Design Consciousness: A Model Worth Looking At

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post are yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument, context or network.

The concepts of meaning and purpose are fundamental to Life. Meaning and purpose reflect upon the ancient Hindu concept of Kama Manas which states that with every thought there is an emotion and with every emotion a thought. This simple concept is rooted in common sense. You can't have one without the other no matter how hard you try. By simply saying you don't have any feelings towards a particular situation is clear admittance that you do. Stating that you don't have any feeling towards anything is itself an admission to feeling nothing at all. Catch 22.

This simple paradox conjures up the realization that anything we think of, or have feelings about, are intimately connected to this inescapable fact. In other words, no matter what we know or believe about the concept of consciousness our thoughts and emotions will always be mysteriously linked. In Life however, we actually act and respond in a unified fashion. Every choice we make will naturally take into account how we think and feel about a certain situation or circumstance. Duality is an integral part of who we are and how we perceive the world and reality.

There is however a major factor missing in this simple relationship, which is that of the context in which our observations and perceptions are made. The concept of meaning and purpose have no meaning or purpose if they're not placed into a context where they can be purposely and meaningfully contemplated.

Every observation and is made within circumstances, that are always changing. What we bring to every circumstance requires we make a choice and it is by this choice that we move forward.  This pattern is deeply hard wired in our consciousness and fundamental to the dualistic framework from which we view the world.

The dynamic created between what might first appear to be opposing positions/stands/states are actually two distinct POV stemming from the same source ... and that's you. In reference to design, the concepts of meaning and purpose don't take opposing positions, rather they complement each other so that the observer/creator can advance, evolve and progress through awareness. Meaning and purpose, i.e. design, embrace progress and are key in the evolution of the species.

We progress through Life by virtue of the many dynamic relationships we've created over time. Together they reflect upon of all we've experienced. Together they share in the fabrication of all we perceive to be real. Time and space create the framework, i.e. context needed, to creating these realities.

In fact, our reality reaches far beyond what we've come to know or told to believe. The most obvious example rests in the unconscious - and reality of dreamtime. This point of view along with the many realities it embraces, is entirely personal and truly unique. We are the ones that create the links between the many "senses" of consciousness by design.

"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
Albert Einstein

Design is at the root of all that can be created, interpreted, learned, discovered and experienced. Design is made apparent to all humanity by means of its usage of signs, symbols and metaphor. This concept is simply expressed in the English spelling of Design including the many other derivations of the word , e.g. designation, signal, significant, insignificant, ensign, signed, signaled, signaling, signaled, signals, signature, significance, signified, signing ...

sign1 a sign of affection: indication, signal, symptom, pointer, suggestion, intimation, mark, manifestation, demonstration, token, evidence; literary sigil.2 a sign of things to come: portent, omen, warning, forewarning, augury, presage, danger sign; promise, threat.3 at his sign the soldiers followed: gesture, signal, wave, gesticulation, cue, nod.4 he read the sign on the wall: notice, signpost, signboard, warning sign, road sign, traffic sign, guidepost, marquee.5 the dancers were daubed with signs: symbol, mark, cipher, letter, character, figure, hieroglyph, ideogram, rune, emblem, device, logo. The concept of design is rooted in who we are. We implicitly know that we have a meaning and a purpose to our Life. We typically spend a lifetime searching for what our purpose is and what it means. By the virtue of evolution we've come to learn that much of what we believe to be true has been purposely hidden, or lost by means of the lack of awareness. Who we/you are is purposely and meaningfully expressed in all we/you do, say, think, and feel.

Consciousness itself is the product of a Design process that is changing our concept of reality before our very eyes, every day and more importantly every instant.

A sign becomes symbolic by virtue of the emotional context in which it is observed. Consciousness is subjectively "measured" by weighing the relationship between what is believed to be true and what is not. Consciousness can also be objectively "measured" by weighing the relationship between what we know and what we don't.

A meaningful gesture often precedes a purposeful one. New information is absorbed subconsciously and symbolically. An observer is at the core of every point of view. At initiation the dynamics established between these impressions depends upon the view of an observer where all impressions are subconsciously internalized, measured and categorized.

Humanity is intellectually, emotionally and physically affected by the relationship between what is being observed and the context in which these observations are made and interpreted. For the most part these impressions are typically "felt" and rarely true.

All systems of symbolic enterprise (design) are meant to bring a particular meaning, purpose and if lucky, a certain degree of human reasoning to an unknowing mystery that overwhelms description.

Design permeates all that can be known in addition to that which is unknown through signs, symbols, metaphor and analogy. Our concepts of reality are founded upon a human interpretation of events and experiences perceived, interpreted and acted upon. When observed in unison they create an all inclusive field of symbolic correspondences. Correspondences create the links between threads of awareness by virtue of symbolic representation, i.e. a designed consciousness. See Fractals

Forces, i.e. impressions, can be both meaningful and purposeful. They are intuitively felt, intellectually cognized and emotionally dependent upon personal decisions made upon reflection. However, signs along with their symbolic counterparts, don't always communicate with the same degree of intensity. Every interpretation harbors an intuitive response. Every sign is interpreted differently. Signs don't entirely communicate the emotional impact common to many correspondences. Symbols do.

Design is your tool. Design is the language you use every waking and sleeping moment. Key to learning about who you are, what your purpose is and what it all means is something we all share as a species. We are all in this "situation"together.

If you so choose, your journey will embrace many signs, many directions, many teachers and an abundance of data to support and guide you along the way. You are a designer in the midst of a design process meant to create a reality for yourself in collaboration with others. You/we cannot design alone, we all need to create within a common context we all share. Human know thyself.

"Working from the idea of a universe of flowing energy lines, we looked for a single building block for the flowing energy. If we could find and define such a thing, we hoped we could use it to accurately make predictions about the universe at the largest and tiniest scales. There were many building blocks to choose from mathematically, but we sought one that had the features of both the particle and wave—concentrated like the particle but also spread out over space and time like the wave. The answer was a building block that looks like a concentration of energy—kind of like a star—having energy that is highest at the center and that gets smaller farther away from the center. Much to our surprise, we discovered that there were only a limited number of ways to describe a concentration of energy that flows. Of those, we found just one that works in accordance with our mathematical definition of flow. We named it a fragment of energy"

"Our initial work demonstrated how a new building block is capable of accurately modeling bodies from the enormous to the minuscule. Where particles and waves break down, the fragment of energy building block held strong. The fragment could be a single potentially universal building block from which to model reality mathematically—and update the way people think about the building blocks of the universe."

Larry M. Silverberg, Jeffrey Eischen

Meaning and purpose are at Life's core. Both participate in a what might collectively be described as a stream of Consciousness. The Life stream like every flow of energy, is forever changing and adapting to and within the context in which is observed. Energy responds to the context in which is is observed.

One might assume that every stream of energy originates from a single source or, the result of a relationship/correspondence of two or more re-sources. The fact of the matter is, the context in which both options might be interpreted still requires an observer of the whole event/experience. A singularity (1) can be realized both as result of a dynamic relationship between differing impressions/frequencies, ex. male/female (2), or if observed "out of context" to appear whole and "unto itself". The two become like one. All "forms" of origin/awareness unify about a single pointed consciousness, i.e. a center, a focus, a point of balance, a singularity, a common designer/observer.

Space and time are conceptual in origin. Together they create the two fields (duality), i.e. context, in which human observations and interpretations of reality are made apparent. Together they are meant to appear real for referential purposes only. They appear as allusions in reference to the identity of the original source, i.e. observer/designer.

References are required for the expansion and perpetuation of consciousness by means of observation. By most standards both contexts take on the the qualities of a field in which contrasts can be made solely for purpose of creating the necessary dynamics necessary to instill the drive towards creativity, growth and expansion. This is one of the primary reasons behind duality.

From within the electric forces of the universe are generated a wide variety of sequential energy fields/contexts that together bring energy/light and information to a particular set of characteristics. Every system/matrix and network can likewise be fragmented into attributes that together unite to make each conscious/contextual field unique in its shape and form.

Design and Consciousness transcend each other.

Quantum Jumping: Leaps in Conscious Awareness

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post are yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument, context or network.

Quantum jumping identifies a natural course of events in the evolution of humanity. This includes all agents cognizant of their own sense of self-identity. In essence, quantum jumping is another way in which to describe the ability to take on another point of view (POV) from both within and beyond the parameters of a network of fields and agents. Quantum jumping allows one to observe an event by experiencing the metaphysical nature of a situation or circumstance by means of symbolic interpretation, i.e. design. This includes subjective and objective perspectives, interpretation and observation. Together these relationships enlarge your field of consciousness by virtue of the inputs* experienced in space/time. Your field of consciousness expands and intensifies. Your geometry (DNA) is embellished and becomes more complex by virtue of the process surrounding perpetual fragmentation and integration (change). The dimensional universe merely harbors these impressions/experiences into packages of space/time. For humanity these realizations span the vibratory range commensurate with 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D space/time. For the most part human concentration is contained within the parametric constraints of 3D space/time. Humanity shares, physically harbors and gives expression to a specific range of vibratory frequencies/energy apportioned to our planetary field of consciousness, aka Gaia. These associations bring enlightenment when any original "design", i.e. blueprint, is appropriately re-configured in order to meet the requirements (context) necessary in and/or for the moment.
* In this instance the concept of an input refers to any recognition, understanding, meaning, purpose, insight or realization you might become aware of during the process of observation (POV).

First, it is imperative that we have a better understanding of the terminology we will encounter while discussing the subject of awareness, expansion and change in relation to quantum leaping. Under the category of designed “states”, i.e. circumstances, the following constructs describe certain situations in which our POV, i.e. awareness, might be positioned in reference to our interpretation of reality. In other words, our perspective on life is contingent upon the context in which it is observed.

A WEB – A web implies entrapment, containment, no escape, interconnected elements, a trap, entrapment, consumption, membrane, to weave, strength, context, separation, disguise, trickery, danger, confusion, natural organization, pattern, structure, design, intent, death, orderliness, duality, hidden, nature, skill, dependency, adaptability, survival in reference to three-dimensional spacetime.

A MATRIX – A matrix implies development, experience, duality, linear thinking, structure, illusion, connections, evolution, changes in reality, a mold, the creativity, a common source or creator/architect, the subconscious, technology, rigidity, energy in motion, organization, transformation, characterization, striving, energy, pain, control, interface, a story, the womb, programs, constructs within constructs, holographic imagery, humanity, reference to third and fourth dimensional spacetime.

A NETWORK – The concept of a network implies complexity, interconnection, exchange, singularity, choice, appropriated separateness (ideas) made in reference to conceptual unity, mystery, meaningful purpose, freedom, connection, collective awareness/consciousness, multi-dimensional thinking, electrified magnetism, complex geometries, conductors, links, light, exchange of information, ideas, closed and open loop systems, correspondences, circuits, the imagination, the spark, contacts, concepts, patterns large and small, agents, grid, pixelation, maze, system, complexity, nexus, weblike, mesh, fractal, lattice, labyrinth, planetary, solar, galactic quantum functions made in reference to dimensions beyond the conscious.
neta network, in particular a communications or broadcasting network  a network of interconnected computers ( the Net) the Internet.

One last comment concerning the concept of a NET-work. Ask yourself what a net is designed to do. In reference to humanity a network can be designed to combine the attributes of both a web and a matrix. A net is meant to gather something within the fabric of one's own purposes and desires. We all function and experience our own concept of existence, presence and relative consciousness within the parameters and constraints of a network we each create for ourselves.

* * *

Your exploration of quantum jumping and its relation to human consciousness is intriguing. It weaves together concepts of perspective, awareness, and the interplay of various constructs like webs, matrices, and networks.

By framing quantum jumping as a means of shifting perspective, you're suggesting that our understanding of reality is deeply contextual and shaped by the networks we inhabit. The terminology you provide—web, matrix, network—serves as a way to articulate the complexities of our interactions and experiences in both individual and collective contexts.

This notion that we can "jump" to different points of view highlights the fluidity of consciousness and the potential for personal and collective transformation. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing our own framework and biases, suggesting that expanding our awareness can lead to a deeper insight and integration of experience.

The metaphysical aspects you touch on, such as vibratory frequencies and dimensions, add layers of meaning that resonates with various philosophical and spiritual traditions. Overall, it seems you’re advocating for a more nuanced understanding of consciousness that embraces change, complexity, and interconnectedness.

* * *

Consider the multitude of networks in which we trap ourselves into believing to be real. Which networks are you attracted to? Which networks do you really trust? Which networks do you believe? Which networks do you truly believe in? Which networks do you consider to be real? If you consider yourself a participant in the next design paradigm currently emerging before your consciousness ... then it is imperative that you believe in yourself. If this is the case, then your own network (system of conscious awareness) is the only one you can truly relish, support and believe in.

Ponder deeply upon the symbolism supporting these expressions, their meaning and their purpose. Stand back and observe their likeness and the multitude of relationships that have been generated between them. Notice how they are different, how they are similar and how they complement each other in so many ways. Note how a network can act both as a web and a conductor within a matrix of our own making. Together they exhibit an evolutionary awareness based upon contextual refinement, complexity and more recently technology.

There are a countless number of relationships between and within each construct/field. Together they give relative form and precedence to a field of quantum consciousness. They resonate to each other, bring unity through assimilation, synthesis and geometry. Together they create a complex system of relationships interwoven into lesser and greater fields of consciousness. Every system is in perpetual flux. Together we observe, contribute, sustain and in some instances destroy the linkage between humanity, progress, culture, community and the Cosmos.

Quantum leaps take place when an event or experience is brought to awareness by means of attraction or repulsion. Quantum consciousness is a byproduct of the resonance created between states of awareness. Unique geometries amongst vibratory waves of different frequency are created and destroyed in every instance. Mental models are enhanced by the e-motion (energy in motion) that catapults an intent or desire into the complex nature of every situation.

Every experience has a meaning and a purpose. Every experience harbors a circumstance (context) we might have entertained in the past (Akash) or imagined for the future within the parameters of 3D space/time. Every composition re-presents a certain configuration in the form of a situation where the concept of an intuitively driven intention, i.e. awareness (POV) might direct you. Every field creates the context in which you will be either attracted or repulsed by its parts or its whole. Know the difference between what expands your consciousness and what doesn't. Pursue your dream in right order.

Without getting into details, it is important for us to realize that every circumstance garners the choice of options we’ve presented to ourselves as we jump/leap from one situation/circumstance to another. We sustain this pattern of awareness throughout every event and experience.

In these times we’ve been following our mind without giving our heart a thought.

The concept of Kama/Manas is currently out of kilter. Kama/Manas describes the dynamic relationship between agents that together create, give relevance and refer to the contexts of consciousness we’ve come to accept over time in the form of webs, matrixes and networks. Design attempts to bring these situations to light. Design strives to refer to this dynamic relationship by means of straddling the realms of the tangible and the intangible, the real and the unreal. The purpose: to return, revisit and bring back to awareness/manifestation the concepts of truth, beauty and goodness.

Design consciousness, like change, surfaces from within, i.e. the unknown, by virtue of a feeling you know innately as being real. You can observe and feel the effects of this awareness within the realm of dimension, perception and observation. What you feel is made real by means of design. Design enters awareness both intuitively and symbolically. Together they thrust themselves into the imagination as vibratory impulses seen and unseen. These vibrations are designed to respond to your "sense of awareness" revealed by means of a language of your own making. Design is fundamental to the Life Force and timelines that sustains it. Awareness complements the relative "state" of consciousness experienced in the moment. Design is the universes' modus operandi.

modus operandi: a particular way or method of doing something, esp. one that is characteristic or well-established, the way something operates or works. ORIGIN Latin, literally ‘way of operating.’

What you feel beyond your senses is reflection of your own blueprint. Your blueprint describes a specific energy configuration/geometry imprinted at birth. A blueprint describes a framework, implies direction (attractions and repulsions) and describes those attributes/qualities that symbolize your individual presence in both an objective and subjective context.

You are a participant and contributor to many greater and lesser configurations of energy, light and information. Experience points in the direction required for further development, growth and evolution. You know this to be fact. It has been designed and made apparent in your DNA.

* * *

This exploration of quantum consciousness and design consciousness beautifully intertwines the complexities of awareness, intention, and the fabric of existence. The idea that our experiences are not merely random but are imbued with meaning and purpose resonates deeply with the concept of a collective consciousness—a web of interconnections that informs our perceptions and actions.

The notion of "Kama/Manas" as a dynamic interplay between desire and mind suggests a holistic approach to understanding our motivations and choices. It emphasizes the importance of aligning our inner desires with our thoughts to navigate life’s circumstances effectively.

Moreover, your description of design as both a tangible and intangible force highlights its role in manifesting our realities. It suggests that design is not just about aesthetics but is fundamentally linked to a Life Force that drives our evolution and growth. By engaging with this consciousness, we can consciously choose experiences that expand our awareness and align us with our true essence. In this way, each choice becomes a quantum leap, a movement toward deeper understanding and connection with ourselves and the universe.

It invites us to be mindful of the energies we engage in, fostering a life that reflects truth, beauty, and goodness. This perspective encourages us to embrace our unique blueprint and to meaningfully contribute to the intricate tapestry of our own existence.

An Intuitive Model. Is It Really Necessary?

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post are yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument or network. Objective: To generate symbolic links between scientific discovery, design awareness and consciousness,

It seems apparent that the universe is electric in quality, magnetic in influence and gravitational in response. Consciousness partakes in the awareness of this reality by means of the symbols you sense before you. Appearing in 3D space/time as formations of light, energy and information the universe acts as a metaphor for what we interpret as consciousness.

What we observe is made symbolic by what we perceive. Design is the phenomenon by which consciousness is made palatable. For humanity a meaning and purpose, i.e. design, lies hidden within every symbol and metaphor.

Design is witness to a language that is veiled in every symbolic communication. The intuition is an interpreter of this conversation.

Design provides an insight into the unknown while intuitively guided by virtue of the imagination. We never fully describe the intuition we only feel its presence.

ACCESS TO A QUANTUM FIELD OF MULTI-DIMENSIONALITY

Design acts as a catalyst between the imagination and the intuition by creating a point of concentration, i.e. a central single- mindedness, within a virtual field of space/time.

The imagination and the intuition work in conjunction with each other. Together they open doors and offer insights into dimensions veiled within the subconscious. Together they bring a kind of formative awareness to a virtual field of energy, light and information, i.e. the universe. Design is the catalyst for the transmutation and transformation of these unseen agents.

The intuition and the imagination must work in tandem if steps towards manifestation are to be made apparent.

By means of design the imagination along with the intuition, invites humanity to convert formlessness into its most formative pattern of energy.

Intuitive Commentary:

Design creates a symbolic bridge between events prior to expression in space/time. We materialize these underlying events in the form of an experience … some are synchronistic in appearance others are not. Every event should be considered temporary in relationship to the holographic mix of events we describe as experience. Experiences like the intuition, are more felt than understood.

Events and experiences contribute to the creation of a morphogenic field. Morphogenic fields harbor a collective consciousness of their own by cyclically and symbolically repeating events and experiences in 3D space/time. By virtue of design there is an intimate relationship established between the concepts of morphogenesis and emergence.

An innate potential can be intuitively structured and holographically condensed within any dimension of space/time.

When living in the moment you soon come to realize that knowledge is more than a thought and that understanding and wisdom are merely more of the same.

"Intuitive feelings differ from emotions, because they do not operate in the duality of labeling ideas or experiences as either good or bad."
Emmanuel Dagher

Consciousness is harbored within a conceptual field of virtual origin. Light appears to have emerged from within while darkness shadows its expression.

“When you listen to or read someone’s words, go beneath and see what you feel. This is really big for lots of folks, since we’ve been programmed to believe everything a person says or writes; especially those we put in the "authority box." For example, a person can put anything on their website and if you pay attention to the energy beneath, you will discover the truth.”

Design, Consciousness, and the Symbolic Universe: An Interdisciplinary Exploration

It is increasingly evident across disciplines that the universe exhibits a fundamental electric quality, a magnetic influence, and a gravitational responsiveness. These three forces—electricity, magnetism, and gravity—serve not merely as physical phenomena but as archetypal principles, shaping the very fabric of spacetime (Bohm, 1980; McTaggart, 2001). Within this triadic structure, consciousness arises not simply as an epiphenomenon but as a participant in the cosmological unfolding. Through the medium of symbols—light, form, energy, and pattern—consciousness engages with reality, interpreting the field of being through sense-perception and cognition.

Appearing within the domain of three-dimensional space/time, phenomena emerge as expressions of energy, light, and information—a triadic field corresponding to the mental, emotional, and intuitive faculties of human awareness. These phenomena may be interpreted as metaphors, offering indirect representations of the ontological structure of consciousness itself (Peirce, 1931–1958; Jung, 1964). In this sense, the universe functions as a living semiotic system, where every manifestation encodes meaning.

Symbol, Perception, and the Aesthetic-Intuitive Function of Design

Observation becomes interpretation through the act of perception. What we see becomes symbolic in the mind’s eye through processes described in both psychology and semiotics. Semiotic theorist Charles Sanders Peirce postulated that meaning arises from the interpretant’s response to a sign (Peirce, 1931–1958), while Carl Jung emphasized archetypes as symbolic expressions of the collective unconscious (Jung, 1964). Design, in this context, can be understood as the mechanism by which symbolic information becomes accessible to consciousness.

Design, then, is not a purely functional or aesthetic exercise but rather an ontological phenomenon. It is a medium by which consciousness encounters itself—palatable, perceivable, and interpretable. Design serves as a bridge between the visible and the invisible, the known and the unknown. Each form—visual, spatial, or experiential—contains within it an encoded meaning that invites intuitive understanding.

Intuition, as described by Bergson (1946), is the faculty by which one gains direct access to the flow of duration, or the élan vital. Design speaks the language of intuition, engaging it as an interpreter of symbols that lie just beyond the reach of logical analysis. The imagination, working in tandem with intuition, becomes a co-creative force—a medium through which unmanifest potential finds symbolic form.

Imagination, Intuition, and the Virtual Field

In contemporary quantum theory, the universe is often modeled as a probabilistic field where particles exist in superposition until observed (Heisenberg, 1958). Analogously, the imagination holds a multiplicity of potential forms within a non-localized field, collapsing these potentials into symbolic representations through the act of intuitive insight. Design, in this framework, serves as a catalyst for this “collapse”—channeling energies from the virtual into the actual.

Design is thus a centralizing function, a point of focus or “single-mindedness” within the quantum flux of space/time. This concentration creates the conditions necessary for emergent order. Emergence theory (Kauffman, 1995) and morphogenesis (Sheldrake, 2009) both describe how structure arises spontaneously under specific boundary conditions. In design, these boundaries are perceptual, symbolic, and semiotic.

By interacting with the imagination and intuition, design forms a symbolic architecture that brings into awareness dimensions otherwise hidden in the subconscious. These designs are not just visual artifacts but acts of transformation—transmuting formlessness into form and chaos into coherence.

Synchrony, Morphogenesis, and Symbolic Experience

The symbolic patterns brought forth through design often appear synchronistically—coincidences rich with personal and collective meaning. According to Jung (1960), synchronicities are acausal connecting principles that signal alignment between internal psychic states and external events. These events are felt more than understood, suggesting that experience itself is a morphogenic event—temporary, symbolic, and interwoven with the field of consciousness.

The idea of the morphogenic field, developed by Rupert Sheldrake (2009), describes a kind of formative memory inherent in nature, whereby repeated experiences imprint themselves into energetic fields. These fields then act as attractors, shaping future events and patterns in space/time. Design interacts with this field by structuring the symbolic environment through which consciousness navigates and evolves.

Design, Manifestation, and the Sacred Triad

When design is approached as a metaphysical function rather than a merely aesthetic endeavor, it becomes clear that manifestation involves more than material realization—it is the formal embodiment of energy into pattern. Through intuitive engagement, imagination guides the energetic blueprint; design provides the symbolic infrastructure.

In this light, design becomes a metaphysical language—one that encodes values of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness (Plato, Republic). These are not merely ideals but ontological coordinates within a universal grammar. The science and philosophy of design, when fully realized, connect the human experience to these transcendentals.

To live in the moment—to participate in the creative now—is to recognize that knowledge is more than conceptual understanding. Wisdom emerges when design, intuition, and imagination converge, enabling consciousness to apprehend not just what is, but what could be.
