These philosophies merge through meaningful and purposeful intentions brought forward by the objective of bringing balance to awareness.
Design Hypothesis:
Consciousness is conceptual, illusional, symbolic, metaphoric and virtual in character. Consciousness is the quintessential archetype. Consciousness is the concomitant consequence associated with a range of multidimensional patterns of energy whose origin rests beyond the subconscious.
Awareness brings forward a “sense of consciousness” by fostering correspondences and fusing the concepts of meaning and purpose. Metaphysical in content and context, quantum, fractal and holographic in representation, all forms of energy/Life are revealed and made apparent by means of Design. Design is lovingly veiled in all that can be seen, known, measured and/or felt. (12.10.2022)
Design describes a metaphysical and multidimensional process. The design process is dependent upon knowledge, understanding, intention, intuition, imagination and awareness. Design creates a network of energy in motion (EIM) between fields/states/points/agents and patterns of awareness. Design creates a virtual, symbiotic and metaphoric lattice between consciousness, the subconscious and the unconscious, the tangible and the intangible, the known and the unknown, the seen and the unseen. All forms of energy in motion are based upon principles of meaning and purpose both felt and understood. (01.13.2023)

QBism and its relationship to Design and Design Consciousness

It assumes that probabilities in quantum mechanics reflect the current state of the agent's knowledge or beliefs about the world, as he or she makes bets about what will happen in the future. Superpositions and entanglements are not states of the world, in this view, but expressions of how an agent experiences the world. As such, they are not as mysterious as they may sound. The onus of quantum weirdness is transferred to an agent's interactions with the world."
Note: Generally speaking, what is highlighted in red above closely describes many of the concepts upon which design consciousness rests.
Commentary:
In reference to the definition above and its relationship to QBism and design consciousness, I would take issue with the term "betting" as the best way of describing the "circumstances." Rather, I believe there is an internal, subconscious and intuitional tendency to search and find balance, symmetry and/or harmony between agent/s, observer/s and context/s in which an experience/s or event/s is/are made aware of.
For this reason, concepts in support of there being a design consciousness innate to the composition of every person, i.e. soul, can only be considered and resolved symbolically. Every idea surrounding "language" is symbolic in character, meaning and purpose. They all have been designed.
Symbolism uses signs, analogy and metaphor as constructs designed to resonate with this internal concept of a "Presence". This philosophy is enacted in 3D spacetime by many forms of persuasion, information, energy and education representing the spectrums of art, religion, science, culture, government and civilization.
All that is known to be tangible and intangible is created by virtue of a designed consciousness. All who believe the same are led to know and realize it.
