A Note from the Trenches

It is time for growth. It is finally time to realize that for generations an insufficient consciousness has created what humanity faces today. Humanity remains the recipient of its own lack of awareness and misgiving.

Rather than allow others to purposely control you by means that support an unconscious state … bring into fruition the elements that strive to expand you. This is accomplished through the acquisition of knowledge, awareness and an intuition strategically designed to impart to the world the concepts of forgiveness, love, understanding and compassion.

How can this be done?

1. Know thyself.

2. Eliminate control by exposing a lie or distortion for what it is by means of: 
a) RECOGNITION: first recognize that it exists, 
b) INTENTION: ponder upon its possible intentions, 
c) IDENTIFICATION: identify it by means of the context in which it has been presented, 
d) EXPOSURE: reveal to yourself and others what it really is, 
e) PAYING IT NO HEED: Pay it no attention other than viewing it from a position of forgiveness and compassion.

3. Do not act upon its influence or directives. Invite every lie to destroy itself from within. Impart no energy towards its point of origin rather contribute to its demise by exercising self knowledge and turning a deaf ear. It is your energy that sustains a lie by giving it focus and attention. Therefore you alone allow it to live, survive and distort your truth. 

4. Continue to educate yourself in reference to what your truth is by reconciling within yourself the need to raise your own consciousness through awareness. Become aware of the origin supporting every purposeful distortion. This simple gesture can change your world by means of your thoughts, feelings, words and deeds in 3D space/time.

Consciousness is raised by means of awareness.
