What is The Design Paradigm?

Photo Renee Margaux

What is the design paradigm?
The design paradigm is a universal model upon which all other paradigms are conceived and made conspicuous. It is the omnipresent force that makes the abstract discernible.

What is the purpose of the design paradigm?
Acting in conjunction with consciousness the design paradigm partakes in the creation of symbols, the expansion of awareness and the creation of a dialogue within the universe.

How does the design paradigm have its affect?
By means of symbolic association between the concepts of meaning, purpose and consciousness.

Why the design paradigm?
Over time the concept of design has been veiled and misunderstood. Design is the underlying process that makes Life both conscious and evident. Consciousness requires a language. Design substantiates that underlying language by means of symbolism and metaphor.

Why now?
Design is the paradigm upon which all other paradigms are dependent.

Where is the design paradigm?
The paradigm of design is universal. It permeates all that is hidden and all that is perceptible.

"The design process ... must become conscious, global, integrated ... the entire human domain, which means the entire planet and its surrounding near space, should be enclosed and included in a coherent plan driven by human values and a thirst for transformational beauty."
Terence McKenna
