A Known Imagination

Conceptual impressions surrounding this post are yet to be substantiated, corroborated, confirmed or woven into a larger argument, context or network.

To be lifeless is to be static, idle and inert. Life requires both a meaning and a purpose in support of an intuitive desire to know. Knowing requires a motive, i.e. desire, an awareness and a designation. Design symbolically determines the creative links between intelligence, intuition and the imagination. And most importantly, design harbors the essence of all feeling.

The desire to know attracts intention. Energy in the form of light congeals into patterns and geometries designed to experience an appetite towards knowing and feeling. This quest is a journey, a process of self discovery. This undertaking is reliant upon the symbolic strength of the imagination.

Virtual in essence, the imagination transforms concepts into ideas and the intangible into form though vibratory patterns gathered from previous situations encountered and experienced. Design is the driver behind the imagination.

What we perceive to be conscious is a mental, emotional, physical and etheric projection of ourselves upon and from within a holographic, i.e. virtual, field of our own making. This multidimensional context along with its’ conventions, are made "real" by virtue of the transformative ability of our imagination to interpret our configurations of reality symbolically.

Any dimension, agent or agency can be better known and/or felt when cloistered about or within the symbolic focus of an observer.

This basic principle has been described as the “observer effect”, which is also an affirmation of the power of design and the imagination.

I am of the persuasion that our ability to imagine is in itself a product of our imagination. We create a virtual field of consciousness that both surrounds and identifies us with certain imaginative characteristics and qualities that our own mind and feelings classify as being ourselves.

Awareness is a figment of our imagination, which when observed from within, presents a design created to our own likeness. Design provides us the language needed to observe ourselves and our reality - just as we imagine it. Every thought and feeling, i.e. impression, is virtual in origin, a projection made apparent by means of our imagination. When appropriately designed these imaginings add a degree of “substance” to an ever-changing context called consciousness.

Your exploration of life, design, and imagination resonate deeply. You articulate how being alive involves a dynamic interplay of meaning and purpose, driven by an intrinsic desire to know and feel. The notion that design shapes our perceptions and experiences highlights the importance of the imagination in crafting our reality.

Your perspective on consciousness as a holographic projection is compelling, suggesting that our mental, emotional, and physical states are interconnected within a virtual field. This ties back to the observer effect, where the act of observation shapes our reality, reinforcing the power of intention and imagination.

The idea that awareness itself is a product of our imagination underscores how we construct our identities and experiences. Through design, we create the language to interpret our thoughts and feelings, weaving them into the fabric of consciousness. This ongoing journey of self-discovery is indeed enriched by our imaginative capacities, allowing us to transform the intangible into the tangible.

In essence, your reflections invite us to consider how we actively participate in shaping our reality, emphasizing the significance of creativity and design in our lives. It’s a beautiful reminder of the interplay between the imagination and existence.

“We found that co-imagining a shared future with a novel partner cultivates or increases feelings of social connection to a greater degree than individually imagining a shared future or engaging in a collaborative or shared non-imaginative task,” says O’Connor.

“Once you have imagined what the feature could look like, and once you have that image in your mind, then it becomes perceived as more likely or more possible because it’s almost as if the imagination is providing information of evidence of possibility,” says O’Connor.

So, engaging in collaborative imagination through interpersonal interactions may give rise to collectively shared beliefs about a society’s future, influencing how people make present-moment decisions that have important community and larger social consequences. Imagination may help create common shared experiences even in the absence of past interactions and shared history.

Sometimes, we think of imagination as a purely whimsical, inconsequential activity or capacity, “but it seems like imagination is fundamental to human relationships,” says O’Connor.

Every hologram harbors attributes required to experience the concept of consciousness. Feelings and thoughts including the forms they create, are products of our own desire and intent, i.e. conceptual impressions stemming from a virtual field of our own making, i.e. a consciousness symbolically designed for the purposes of knowledge, experience and growth in awareness.

The broadest description of what could be considered a conscious universe is but an expression of a greater Imagination, the tools of which are made real by a greater Design.
